Call to Action
The aircraft noise in Sydenham should be further addressed on a Federal level of government. The Australian government has already taken action, but not enough. The airport is regulated to have a curfew between 11pm – 5am which restricts the number of flights and has introduced an insulation program to eligible properties, providing double-glazed windows.
We need your support so the government can introduce a new plan, featuring the development of quieter, 'greener' airplanes that will not impact the residents or environment as much and interfere with their daily lifestyle. We would like to see these airplanes fly over Sydenham, replacing the current ones. Technological advances allows this to occur- we just need your support!
The NoAircraftNoise Party has taken a lead role in creating awareness and voice their opinions on this issue. The NoAircraftNoise Party have made an informative website to help people to understand and promote this problem. Support them as they need support in order to carry out their proposed solution of replacing the airport to a site in Wilton. (http://www.noaircraftnoise.org.au/)

We would also like you to give us feedback and support via our social networking sites. We need enough support so that the federal government will support our new plan!
